One of my favorite recipes for every holiday
Ingredients
- 15 ounce can of whole kernel corn
- 14.75 ounce can of creamed corn
- 1 package of cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Pull out 9 x 13 baking pan
- Oil the bottom of the pan
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
- Transfer ingredients to pan
- Smooth out top of batter in the pan
- Bake until golden brown (~35-40 minutes)
