One of my favorite recipes for every holiday. The best way to explain this dish is that it is a “fancy corn bread” except this corn bread has a whole lot of corn and butter.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can of whole kernel corn
  • 14.75 ounce can of creamed corn
  • 1 package of cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Pull out 9 x 13 baking pan
  3. Oil the bottom of the pan
  4. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
  5. Transfer ingredients to pan
  6. Smooth out top of batter in the pan
  7. Bake until golden brown (~35-40 minutes)
